The intent of this project is to construct a new archery range on State Game Lands #109, Greene Township, Erie County. The project consists of clearing, grubbing and grading the work site, installing silt sock for erosion and sedimentation control, stripping sod from the work areas, constructing shooting station shelters, concrete sidewalks, target stations, post walls and guard posts, and installing a chain link fence around the perimeter of the new range. Construction of a stone surface parking area is also included in the project. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
