Reference Number 0000332794 Various city of Livonia locations Question Acceptance Deadline 10/26/2023 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal, as security for the acceptance of the contract. A Bid Bond in the Michigan standard form issued by an approved surety company may be furnished in lieu of a casheir's check. Vendors who wish to submit bid deposits in the form a cashier's check may do so by taking a photo of the cashier's check and uploading it with their bid response. The cashier's check must be made payable to the City of Livonia and should reference the bid for which it is being submitted. All work must be completed by NOVEMBER 15, 2024, unless extended by the City. *The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals in whole or in part and waive any irregularities therein. Acceptance of any proposal does not constitute a binding until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
