Estimate: 5,000,000 The City of Manvel is soliciting formal bids for the construction of a new 1 million-gallon elevated water storage tank with associated site and utility work. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal and to waive informalities in the proposals. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in any proposal, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the proposal. The award shall be made to the most responsible Bidder submitting the best value for the City of Manvel. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the City in writing. Replies shall be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the City as having received the Bidding Documents.
