As of July 29, 2024, an architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Renovate Interior Dining Hall project at the State University of New York College at Purchase The Dining Hall, constructed in 1972, is a 33,000 GSF, three-story building. The Project will renovate the plaza level, 2nd floor level, as well as portions of the lower level outside the dining area and kitchen to provided updated spaces for student services. The Project will provide an interior renovation of approximately 17,000 SF of all three levels of the Dining Hall. Renovations include the replacement of interior finishes, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, and AV. The Project includes the removal of hazardous materials and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements including two new elevators. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 10/02/2025 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
