Description

Site work for a museum in Havertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a museum.

The Project Includes the Reconstruction Of Portions of an Existing Stone Retaining Wall at the Historic Grange Estate. The undersigned agrees to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to construct and complete within Fourty-Five (45) calendar days as set forth under the schedule. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Owner in An Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid or Bids. Only Bonds From Companies Licensed to Do Business in the State Where the Owner is Located Will Be Accepted and the Bond Shall So State Same. General Conditions which provide for the payment of liquidated damages to the owner, hereafter set at $500.00 per calendar day, in the event that the contract is not completed within the allocated time). The bidders Attention is Called to the Fact That a Portion of This Project is Receiving Funds Under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as Amended, And as Such, the Davis-bacon Act Applies to This Contract and That the Successful Bidder Shall Pay No Less Than the Federal Wage Rates Determined for the Project Area as Set Forth in the Contract Documents. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, or to Reject Any or All Bids. Question Deadline 10/27/2023 at 11:30 PM ET
