Reference Number AB-2023-06162 Bow Valley College invites experienced firms to submit a response outlining your qualifications and your credentials to act as Prime Consultant (Architect) for numerous construction projects, the majority of which will be typical interior tenant improvement and building infrastructure projects, at Bow valley College over the next five (5) years. Bow Valley College has a requirement for Prime Consultant(s) to provide professional design consulting services to enable the design and construction of numerous projects, such that the associated spaces will be designed and constructed to meet the deadlines specified in the schedule for the tentative projects identified in this RFPQ, and for additional projects not yet to be identified. These projects may not be substantial however they are important. Projects will be awarded to each of the successful Prime Consultants throughout 2024 through 2029 at the discretion of the Facilities Department.
