The County is seeking, qualified vendors to provide traffic equipment furnished in quantities ordered at times needed by the successful vendor. The San Bernardino County is procuring traffic signal hardware and related equipment, furnished in quantities ordered, at times needed, by the successful vendor. The successful vendor shall provide quantities ordered pursuant to the Price Sheet set forth in Attachment F. The intent of this Invitation to Bid (BID) is to award a Five (5) year maximum contract to the successful vendor. B. Terms & Delivery 1. Terms shall be in accordance with San Bernardino County Purchase Order: Net 60 days after acceptance of Invoice. San Bernardino County is Self-Insured. Vendor shall comply with invoicing requirements as stipulated by San Bernardino County. 2. Delivery shall be FOB County's place of delivery within 14-21 days after receipt of County's Purchase Order unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the county. 3. Deliveries shall be scheduled Monday-Thursday between 7:00AM and 4:30PM. 4.
