Submit design with proposal indicating volumes of anticipated excavation, specifying how much rock volume bid was anticipated based on Draft Geotechnical Report. Provide an Optional Price to install rock anchors, if required. Process Moisture Conditioned Fill, Haul to Backfill, and Embank Recompacted Fill to Establish Subgrade. Provide an option to protect subgrade by placing a 4" to 6" thick concrete slab (Mud Mat) 4' beyond structure in all dimensions. Provide recommendation on thickness and supporting design, along with dimensions, by structure. Hauling of All Spoils to designated Stockpiles, provide Stockpile Maintenance and Dust Control Design, Install, and Inspect and Support of Excavation required. Submit design with proposal. Design and Install Water Management scheme and/or Dewatering in all excavations, including any necessary permitting, treatment, and monitoring. Drainage Management, including establishment of Berms around Excavations and rocked trenches to divert water. Submit design or relevant details with proposal. Design and Install Access (Ramps/Stairs/Crane Pads). Submit designs with proposal. De-Mobilization A technically acceptable Bid with the Best Value offered that best meets the OWNER required need shall be the basis for evaluation of the Bids.
