Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vandalia, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
This project includes the removal and replacement of the Senior Center Fire Sprinkler System located at 21 South Tionda Drive, Vandalia. Drawings of the system are unavailable for this project Bidders will supply all calculations and drawings necessary for this project All piping is to be replaced with Schedule 40 black iron pipe Design/drawing shall be code compliant according to 2017 OBC/ OFC and NFPA 13, 2016 Low points in the system shall be provided with drains and access to drains with signage. Pending approval by City Council, the project completion date is April 30, 2024. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in any Bid. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder.
