The City of Olathe, Kansas seeks qualification proposals from interested and highly qualified Construction Management firms for complete preconstruction and construction services for completion of this multi-facility renovation and improvement project for the City of Olathe. This project involves limited programming and full planning, design, and construction of facility improvements. It is anticipated this project will include work within the existing building envelope of each facility and highly detailed coordination with city staff, management, and council. Operations of the existing facilities are expected to remain unchanged, with small exceptions that will be related to the relocation of city employee services. The City is looking for Construction Management professionals with extensive experience, expertise, and creativity having previously provided preconstruction and construction services for public and business centered facilities. The City invites interested and qualified Construction Management firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications identifying their qualification for providing the services required of this project.
