Utica High School Athletic Field Improvements - Phase 1 Said bid guaranty shall be in the form of either a bond in the full amount of the BID or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the BID in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The owner intends and requires Substantial Completion for this project to be no later than February 29, 2024, and Final Completion to be no later than March 30, 2023, Terms used in these Instructions to Bidders which are defined in the General Conditions of the Construction Contract shall have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions and Supplement (if any). The number of calendar days for the completion of work (the Contract time) is set forth in the Bid Form and will be included in the executed Agreement. Any provisions for liquidated damages are set forth in the Bid Form. This project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to remove the existing drainage system around the Utica High School athletic field and install new drainage system as proposed on the construction plans. To demonstrate his qualifications for the project, each Bidder must be prepared to submit, within five (5) calendar days of the Owner's request, written evidence of the types set forth in the Bid Documents, such as financial data, previous experience, evidence of authority to conduct business in the jurisdiction where the project is located, personnel available and method of performing the work and whether he/she has ever been terminated or defaulted on construction work.
