General Project Description: The Project consists of a Building Renovation and Addition to the former Penn College of Technology at 3341 Wahoo Drive. Originally the building was built as a Pennsylvania Inspection Station (circa 1994). The existing Building Area is approximately 7,800 SF and the Site Parcel size is 2.0 areas. The Project will be constructed in two phases (Phase 1: Existing Building Renovation, Phase 2: Building Addition). Proposed Project Milestone Schedule* is as follows: 1. Schematic Design Phase: September to October 2023. 2. Design Development / Construction Document Phases: October to Early-December 2023. 3. Bid Administration Phase: Mid-December 2023 to Mid-January 2024 4.
