Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,800-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
General Project Description: The Project consists of a Building Renovation and Addition to the former Penn College of Technology at 3341 Wahoo Drive. Originally the building was built as a Pennsylvania Inspection Station (circa 1994). The existing Building Area is approximately 7,800 SF and the Site Parcel size is 2.0 areas. The Project will be constructed in two phases (Phase 1: Existing Building Renovation, Phase 2: Building Addition). Proposed Project Milestone Schedule* is as follows: 1. Schematic Design Phase: September to October 2023. 2. Design Development / Construction Document Phases: October to Early-December 2023. 3. Bid Administration Phase: Mid-December 2023 to Mid-January 2024 4. Construction Administration Phase: Phase 1 -February 2024 to April / May 2024, Phase 2 - March 2024 to March 2025. *Note: Dependent on timely County decisions / approvals and Site & Building Design Submission Approvals.
