The City of Midway is a small growing community in Wasatch County. Midway City and Midway Sanitation District (MSD) are accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms having ten years or more experience in providing direct services to municipalities, service districts, or counties. Midway City and MSD intend to enter into a contract with a firm for on-call services to assist Midway City and MSD staff, including their retained engineering staff, with various engineering services. It is anticipated that the contract term will be five years. The anticipated contract will prohibit the firm from working with private developers within Midway City and the surrounding area. The firm should identify any potential conflict of interest.
