1.Fully prepare refrigerated ice rink concrete cold slab substrate for the ice sheet by removing all debris, frozen rainwater leaks, etc. from the cold slab to provide a suitable base for the rink ice sheet. 2.Install three layers of water on the fully refrigerated ice rink concrete ice rink cold slab 3.Install four layers of white paint and seal. 4.Install three more layers of water to seal. 5.Paint all hockey markings, starting with the lines and finishing with the face of circles. 6.Install more water to bring the ice thickness to a minimum of 1-1/2 inches, covering the screws on the yellow kick plate as an indicator of ice thickness. 7.Maximum time to perform this scope of work shall not exceed seven days. Bids Under $50,000 The basis of the work to be performed includes labor and materials needed to install/build the artificial ice sheet/ paint the ice surface with the owner provided materials to be billed for on a time and material basis.
