Project Description: The City of Frisco is seeking bids for turnkey sidewalk repairs. This is bid seeking a single vendor ("Contractor") to complete the attached listing of six hundred and sixty two (662) locations throughout the City that are to be repaired through concrete removal and replacement. Work includes the removal and replacement of miscellaneous sections of sidewalks, barrier free ramps, curbs and gutters, and drive approaches, at various locations listed within this bid. BONDING REQUIREMENTS Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check upon a national bank, or a bid bond from a reliable surety company in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond and a payment bond within (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. A performance bond will be required for all contracts over $100,000.00 and a payment bond will be required for all contracts over $50,000.00 (both payment and performance bonds are to be in the full contract amount).
