Renovation of a mixed-use development in De Witt, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: Mechanical scope of work consists of replacing two existing roof top units serving the C Wing with six new roof top units. All existing ductwork associated with the existing units shall be removed. New ductwork and gas piping shall be provided to each new unit. The roof top units and roof curbs have been pre-purchased and will be transferred to the winning contractor. Contractor will be responsible for equipment warranty from the manufacturer. Fire Sprinkler scope of work consists of temporarily removing heads as required to remove ceiling and reinstalling heads after new ceiling is installed. Electrical scope of work consists of the removal of electrical connections associated with the existing roof top units and the removal of an existing panel. A new electrical panel shall be provided along with new connections to the roof top units.
