Renovation of a municipal facility in Petaluma, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids shall be for the total net price including all applicable charges, delivered F.O.B destination with the exception of tax. Bidders shall submit an electronic copy of the entire bid book and all other required documents in the bid submission. The purpose of The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference & Site Visit is to generally discuss project scope at the site. All Proposer's Questions during the Pre-Bid Conference will need to be addressed formally in writing and sent via email to Mark Abel at spi-bid-inquiries@sonomacounty.org with " Petaluma Veterans Building Restroom Renovation " in the subject line of the email message before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Proposer's Questions will be answered through the supplier portal on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023. QUESTIONS: For questions regarding this bid, E-mail Mark Abel at spi-bid-inquiries@sonoma-county.org by Tuesday, October 31, 2023 before 5:00pm. In the subject line reference Project No.: 7210U55. Questions will not be accepted by phone. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum, if necessary, on the County's Supplier Portal and e-mail notification.
