Location of Work: Hudson River Museum, 911 Warburton Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10701, Single set of windows and doors on the entrance level of the Museum, at the Sculpture Court wall facing the Courtyard. The City hereby reserves the right to approve as an equal, or to reject as not being equal, any article the bidder proposes to furnish which contains major or significant variations from specification requirements but may comply substantially therewith
