Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Slidell, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to remove/ replace and/ or repair concrete sidewalk, concrete curbing and CB-06 at Leonelle Circle (R08I065; S25-T8-R14) in Slidell, and reseal pipe joints, remove/ replace concrete road panels and sidewalks at Bard Circle (R08I050; S25- T8-R14) located in Slidell, Louisiana as specified. The time period of completion is forty-five (45) days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed by the Parish. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a wellknown technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response. St. Tammany Parish Government reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities.
