Scope of Services At the Jennings Campus, this project will be replacing aging lined Ductile Iron Pipe and Coated Steel pipe due to susceptibility to corrosion from high H2S levels. Additionally, Phase 2 UV Channels are being reinforced with Stainless Steel liners and protective coatings to combat corrosion and algae growth. At the Sutter Campus, a critical issue with influent Flume #2 has been identified, impacting flow measurement accuracy. To address this, the problematic flume is. The Payment of Prevailing Wages is Required on this Project. Project Duration 260 Working Days. License Requirements A California State Contractor License. Project Type Bid, Response Types Line Items, Type of Award Lump Sum. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be accompanied by cash, cashiers check, certified check, or bidder's bond made payable to the City of Modesto, for an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount of said bid, and no bid shall be considered unless such cash, cashier s check, certified check or bidder's bond is enclosed therewith.
