The Federal Bureau of Prisons: Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) Brooklyn intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all the necessary equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals to perform maintenance on the refrigerator/freezer walk-in boxes located at MDC Brooklyn and Building 4. Contractrors shall provide quotes encompassing the cost for all management, supervision, labor, materials, repairs, supplies, tools, instruments, equipment, shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective and economical completion of all work and services. Such services and maintenance shall apply to all refrigerator/freezer walk-in boxes regardless of whether they are specifically shown in these specifications and such services may result in work which may need to be conducted at other than normal business hours so not to interfere with the normal operations of MDC Brooklyn. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PLACES OF PERFORMANCE: The location hereinafter referred as "MDC Brooklyn AND Building 4" shall refer to performance at: MDC Brooklyn: 80 29th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232 AND Building 4: 199 Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11205 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EVALUATION FACTORS: This solicitation is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed priced contract. An award will be made to the responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government, considering the evaluation factors outlined below: 1). Past performance - Past Performance information shall include prior experience and similar performances undertaken by the contractor; and 2).
