Recommended award is Think Pavers for $396,526 The Project generally includes: the replacement of existing 4" and 6" piping along Gibbsboro Road (CR 686) with approximately 550 LF of 8" CLDIP water main pipe and 100 LF of 6" CLDIP water main piping, associated fittings and appurtenances, an 8" x 6" wet tap and valve installation, fire hydrant installation, (7) 3/4" water service installations and (1) 2" water service installations, 700 LF of trench repair, applicable restoration, and necessary traffic control measures. The project also includes (if and where directed): 130 LF of sliplining an existing 6" water main along Berlin-Clementon Road (CR 534), (2) 6" line stop and valve installations, roadway restoration, and necessary traffic control measures. Each bid must be accompanied by (i) all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and (ii) a bid guarantee in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid price as established in the Bid, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00). The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, must be drawn to the order of the Borough of Clementon and must be delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C.17:27, and all other applicable laws referenced within the drawings, specifications and contract documents. The Borough of Clementon reserves the right to (i) reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and (ii) to waive minor informalities and/or non-material exceptions in any bid should it be in the interest of the Borough of Clementon to do so. Further, the Borough of Clementon shall reject any bid that contains material nonconformities or conditions or which is materially nonresponsive. * Documents Notes :Checks should be made payable to Environmental Resolutions Inc.
