Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of the demolition of a gym vinyl athletic floor and installation of a new wood floor over new wood sleepers. New transition ramps required at doorways. New vented base. The new wood floor shall be painted, striped, and finished as indicated. Two (2) existing volleyball standards (sleeves) covers shall be replaced. The wood floor square footage is approximately 6,800 SF. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner, and to reject any bid where evidence or information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the contract documents.
