FY25: Add plumbing and fixtures to parks maintenance shop to create employee restroom ($5,000); new gazebo by Mansion House ($20,000 POS 90% POS, 10% GF); repaint porch, reconstruct railing, replace fron steps and repair rear wall at Mansion House($30,000 90% POS, $10% GF); band shell movie screen ($45,000). FY26: Construct restrooms on Museum Drive parking lot ($400,000 - 90% POS, 10% GF) FY27 - FY28: Miscellaneous projects ($30,000/year) This project is included in the city’s fy 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program.
