Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Prosper, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of February 1, 2024, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been established as of yet. The scope of work to be procured with this solicitation will include temporary fence, erosion control, landscape protection; demolition/earthwork; utilities; fire lane/vehicular paving; irrigation sleeving; & site electrical. Attention is called to the fact that not less than minimum wages and salaries, based on the Federal DavisBacon Wage Rates, must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Dean Construction will be evaluating responsive and responsible bids using its standard process; and will be considering the combination of qualifications, experience and price that delivers the best value to the Town, at its sole discretion. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in any bid received, Dean Construction, after consultation with the Town, reserves the right to accept the reasonable interpretation of such ambiguity that is the most advantageous to the Town; or to reject the bid, at their sole discretion.
