As of April 16, 2024, per owner, an engineering team has been identified. The Village of Cimarron hereby invites interested Parties to respond to this Request For Proposals (RFP) for Engineering and Construction Management Services for water system projects, Village of Cimarron, Colfax County. Please carefully read all instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions. Failure to comply with the instructions, terms and conditions and specifications of this request for proposals may result in your offer being classified as unresponsive. Proposals received will be stamped in with a date and time. Offers must be submitted to the above address no later than the time and date specified above. Late proposals will not be accepted. New Mexico criminal law prohibits bribes, gratuities and kickbacks. Questions regarding this Invitation to submit a proposal should be submitted in writing to Village of Cimarron, Shawn Jeffrey, Clerk Administrator- PO Box 654- Cimarron, NM 87714 or via e-mail to villageadmin@villageofcimarron.net. Offeror's may contact only the person listed herein regarding this Invitation to respond to the Request for Proposals. Other employees or elected officials do not have the authority to respond on behalf of the Village of Cimarron concerning this Request for Proposals. Verbal responses to questions shall not be binding upon the Village.
