Site work and paving for a civil project in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from Architectural/Engineering firms to provide technical engineering services including, but not limited to developing and applying stormwater management models, design, preparation of construction documents, construction phase services, and related services as required for this multi-phase contract. This project is part of the Lake Bradford-Chubb Lake Master Project and the Flood Protection Program (FPP). This project will construct stormwater drainage improvements within the Church Point and Through good neighborhoods, a large stormwater wet pond, a stormwater pump station, and roadway drainage improvements as per the recommendations in the Lake Bradford/Chubb Lake Preliminary Engineering Report dated February 15, 2022.
