The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is Requesting Bids for the Construction of The Following Project: West Jordan Courts Courtroom Build-out Administrative Office of the Courts 8080 South Redwood Road - West Jordan, Utah DFCM Project #24237150 Project Description: Finish an Existing "shelled" Courtroom Space and Reconfigure Office Space to the South. Contractor Will Be Expected to Work With Camera and Controls Contractor That is Contracted Outside of This Sow. Everyone Working in the Building Will Need an Approved BCI Background Check. Work Must Be Scheduled Around Court in Session, After Hours if Necessary With Pre-approval. M-f, 8-5 Are Typical Building Work Hours.
