NJ TRANSIT is requesting Proposals from qualified firms to perform Facility Maintenance, Operations and Management Services for NJ TRANSIT New York Penn Station EAST END CONCOURSE (EEC) and NJ TRANSIT employee rest facility located on the second (2nd) floor of 242 West 30th St. Consultants Certification of Eligibility in the space provided in the electronic bidding file, that neither it nor any of its Subconsultants, are included on the State of New Jersey, Department of Treasury, Consolidated Debarment Report or on the State of New Jersey, Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Contractor shall submit a performance and payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid amount for the first contract year Question Deadline 01/26/2024 04:00 PM CST All inquiries and requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted in the space provided in the electronically. NJ TRANSIT reserves the right to reject any and all Proposal(s) in accordance with applicable law.
