Contract Duration: 150 calendar days The project consists of work on both sides of Nancy Creek located at the existing Murphy Candler Park at 1551 West Nancy Creek Drive, Brookhaven Georgia and includes The Contract will be to provide services to the City in accordance with the Contract Documents. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit B. Each bid must be accompanied with a BID BOND (bond only: certified checks or other forms are not acceptable) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable to the City of Brookhaven. Said bid bond guarantees the bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly within the terms and conditions stated in this bid and in the bidding and contract documents, should the construction contract be awarded.
