The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from General Contractor Construction Manager (GC/CM) companies (Proposer) for pre-construction, procurement, construction management, and construction of the following Project packages: Owner will receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating the Proposer's qualifications and the ability to provide GC/CM services for the Projects at the Davidson Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 320 Davidson Drive, and the Gulpha Basin Pump Station located at 109 Catherine Heights Road, both locations in Hot Springs, Arkansas. PACKAGE A Gulpha Basin Pump Station Improvements: Construct a new 22 MGD submersible pump station, valve vault, screening structure, electrical building, diesel motor driven generator with ATS. The contracting party shall not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. It is the City's policy to encourage the involvement of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (minority owned and women-owned businesses) in this contract award process. DBE's are particularly invited to submit statements, either as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or as a part of a joint venture. Non- DBE firms are encouraged to arrange subcontracts or joint ventures with DBE's prior to the submission of their response. The GC/CM Contract has an expected preconstruction services start date not later than January 15, 2024
