The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from General Contractor Construction Manager (GC/CM) companies (Proposer) for pre-construction, procurement, construction management, and construction of the following Project packages: Owner will receive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating the Proposer's qualifications and the ability to provide GC/CM services for the Projects at the Davidson Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 320 Davidson Drive, and the Gulpha Basin Pump Station located at 109 Catherine Heights Road, both locations in Hot Springs, Arkansas. PACKAGE B Davidson Drive Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements: Aeration system improvement to increasing the biological capacity from 12 MGD to 16 MGD, Increase the hydraulic capacity from 24 MGD to 48 MGD, Yard Piping Improvements, New secondary clarifier, new chemical feed building, new diesel driven electric generator with ATS.
