The work in general consists of four projects that will be bid as one bid item: Martinsburg HS Rest Room Renovations, Martinsburg HS Athletic Building Concession Stand/Rest Room Renovations, Hedgesville Elementary School Rest Room Renovations and Musselman Middle School Auditorium Ceiling Replacement and Lighting Upgrades. Deadline for submission of questions, requests for clarifications is 7 days before bids, November 09, 2023, at 5:00 PM LPT A Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and issued by a surety company approved by and in favor of the Owner, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidders entrance into a Contract, if given the award. No accepted Bid shall be waived or returned because the Bidder failed to or cannot comply with all requirements as set forth in Bidding Documents. Further, the successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the contract price.
