The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, material, and equipment for the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Total Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Service for Rockdale County. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this ITB must be submitted in writing to Adrienne Brown at Adrienne.m.brown@rockdalecountyga.gov. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location; however, bidders are not required to attend bid opening. Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 11/09/2023 at 2:00 PM ET CONTRACT TERM: The Contract Term will be (1) year and will auto renew (4) additional one-year terms, unless cancelled in writing 30 days before the end of current term.
