The project includes, but is not limited to the following: site removals such as concrete sidewalk, site lighting, storm utilities, etc. concrete sidewalks with locations of exposed aggregate concrete site grading underground storm utilities and site drainage site lighting and emergency phones site restoration and landscaping that includes seed and/or sod, tree plantings and green infrastructure.
