Crosswalk Conflict Studies. TIMELINE: Request for Quotations for a consultant to conduct a before and after driver yielding and conflict studies of various crosswalk designs is underway. This Statement of Work is for procuring before and after driver yielding and conflict studies of various crosswalk designs. The evaluation will use an automated video safety analysis approach to identify and measure the severity of traffic conflicts, as well as to quantify the effectiveness of different crosswalk designs at unsignalized and signalized intersections.
