**As per December 8, 2023. Project not yet awarded, no anticipated award date** BD change from 11/07/2023 to 11/16/2023 The Project consists of a new public restroom with exterior entrances, in a joint facility with concession stand and kitchen facilities for rent, and additional park garage storage. The Project also includes installation of green infrastructure including a rain garden, native landscaping, and tree planting. A certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and satisfactory Surety Company in the amount of 5% of the Bid made payable to The City of Mequon, Successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract.
