Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Carson City Community Center Rooftop HVAC Units Replacement Project includes but is not limited to replacing fourteen existing rooftop HVAC units at the Carson City Community Center. The bid price shall include costs for engineer design and specifications, state permitting, removal of existing units, installation of new units with any required plumbing/venting, and all tools, equipment, materials, and labor for the full installation of the two new HVAC units. Carson City Public Works will purchase the permit from the Carson City Building Department, the contractor will be responsible for assisting the City with the permit application and plans required for the local building permit.
