The projects, first approved in 2022, had initial cost estimates of about $9.5 million for the construction and just over $11 million for construction plus other fees and administration expenses, usually referred to as soft costs. _______________________ The work will be performed under ONE contract with the Owner.A set of Bidding Documents is comprised of one set of drawings and one bound set of the project manual. Any checks not returned to the contractor by this date will be turned over to the owner for deposit into the general operating fund. Question Deadline 11/01/2023 All questions requiring additional information or clarification shall be submitted to the Architect.
