Bids shall be submitted on forms provided in this Project Manual. Bid Security shall be in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total price and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address. Should a successful Bidder withdraw the Bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory Contract, the Owner may then declare the Bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. J. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to waive any informalities or errors in bidding for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid opening. K. Bidder receiving the award shall furnish an approved one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond which cover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Said bonds shall remain in full force and effect for twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance of the Work. Successful Bidders shall be required to comply with the Additional Bidding and Contract Requirements (Ivy Tech Community College) relating to Schedule of Wages, Apprentices and Trainees, Certified Payroll and Drug Testing.
