The Work consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Clay tile roof system replacement. 2. Copper roof system replacement. 3. EPDM flat roof system replacement. 4. Copper cornice, flashing and trim replacement. 5. Isolated tuckpointing in brick masonry above the principal roofline. 6. Isolated gypsum plan deck patching, repairs and infill. D.
