Renovation of a laboratory facility in Tomah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
In general, the Project consists of renovations to a lab classroom at an educational facility. Work includes fluid applied flooring, hollow metal borrowed light, paint, modifications to acoustical ceiling, and associated mechanical and electrical work. In order to bid on this project, you must be a prequalified contractor. Prequalification information is located in Spec Section 00 11 15. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
