Project Description: Work of this Project involves the renovation of an existing fire station to convert the building to Columbia Township's new community center. Renovations include additions for new vertical circulation, a rooftop patio, administrative offices and support spaces, an indoor gathering space with bar and kitchen, new restrooms, an outdoor patio, new doors & windows and exterior improvements to update the building facade.
