The Project consists of the installation of approximately 5,900 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main, 145 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water main, ten (10) fire hydrants, and all associated appurtenances. This project is being supported with U.S. Department of the Treasury, American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements attach to this opportunity. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Each bidder must deposit security in the amount and form specified in the Instructions for Bidders. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
