Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The City of Goldsboro is interested in attracting private-sector investments to create infill development options to address gaps in housing offerings adjacent to downtown's commercial core. The City is requesting proposals from qualified developers interested in building historical, market rate, residential developments along South Firms must be licensed under prevailing state laws governing their occupation. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from applicants. At the discretion of the City, proposers may be requested to make an oral presentation as part of the evaluation process. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, hold proposals for a period of ninety (90) days, add or delete work, waive informalities and to select the firm and service options that are in the best interest of the City. The City of Goldsboro has an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting, and conducting business with women and minority owned enterprises and encourage their participation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
