College of Charleston Facilities Management is seeking bids for a term contract for Utility/Golf Cart (carts) Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. The awarded vendor will be required to come to the College. College of Charleston Facilities Management is seeking bids for a term contract for Utility/Golf Cart (carts) Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. The College proposes to award a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for four (4) one (1) year periods. The awarded vendor will be required to come to the College. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, tools, supplies, repair parts, equipment, mechanical workmanship, transportation, and services which are required for Cart Preventative Maintenance and Repairs. Our fleet is comprised of approximately fortyfour (44) electric powered carts with approximately eleven (11) gas powered carts. Approximately 44 of those are Club Car brand, the remainder of the fleet is comprised of eight (8) EZ-GO's, one Star; and there are several that are unknown. See exhibit A for more details. The awarded vendor must provide one technician that will come to College of Charleston on the same day and time weekly to perform preventative maintenance and needed repairs. All work will be performed during normal College of Charleston Facilities Management hours unless otherwise specified by the Contract Administrator or their designee.
