Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements for the Ottawa County Oklahoma Rural Water and Sewer District No.1 The project includes construction of a headworks structure with mechanical trash and grit removal units, duplex 0.18 MG oxidation ditches, conversion of an existing aeration basin to a clarifier, constructing a 44 ft. diameter by 12 ft. height concrete waste sludge storage basin with aeration blowers, provision of spare ultraviolet disinfection system components, addition of a tertiary disc filter, plus pumps, pipework, electrical work, building and equipment, a SCADA system, site work, and miscellaneous and requisite incidentals.
