Jacobsen Construction has been awarded the new South Campus Housing project on the USU Campus in Logan, Utah. The Design Phase of this project has concluded and at this time, Jacobsen is soliciting final Trade Contractor bids for award consideration. 03A Concrete 03B Reinforcing Steel 04A Masonry 05A Structural Steel and Metal Fabrications 06A Rough Carpentry 06B Architectural Woodwork 07A Dampproofing, Waterproofing, & Air Barriers 07B Insulation & Firestopping 07C Roofing 07D Fireproofing 07E Joint Sealants 07M Metal Panels 7E EIFS 08A Doors, Frames & Hardware 08C Elevator Smoke Doors 08D Windows, Storefronts, Curtainwalls, & Glazing 08E Fiberglass Windows 09A Gypsum Assemblies 09C Tiling 09D Acoustical Ceilings & Wall Panels 09E Flooring 09F Shower Pans and Surrounds 09G Painting 10A Specialties 10E Wall Protection 12A Window Treatment 14A Elevators 21A Fire Protection 22A Plumbing & Mechanical As the construction of early-phase earthwork foundation elements has commenced, Jacobsen anticipates construction of the remaining scopes of work contained within this bid package to begin before the end of 2023. The overall construction duration is anticipated to be approximately 22 months and the the project is expected to attain substantial completion in June 2025.
