City of Ladysmith Miner Avenue Reconstruction The work for which bids are asked includes the following: 1. Replacement of existing water main, hydrants, valves, services. 2. Replacement of existing sanitary sewer, manholes, laterals. 3. Replacement of existing storm sewer, inlets, manholes. 4. Replacement of existing roadway: removal of existing pavement and base and placement of breaker run, base aggregate dense, and HMA pavement. 5.
