Renovation of a water / sewer project in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replacement of the water mixing valves for hot water at 40 Belmont St, Worcester MA. Replacement of 3 water mixing valves for hot water, to ensure the water stays at temperature, with WHA supplied IntelliStation Jr. digital mixing valves. Update correct piping as needed to conform to current plumbing code, and include new service shut off valves as required. All new and exposed piping to be reinsulated. Work to be performed will include: Labor and materials Water piping to be done in Propress and type L copper Insulation of water piping Scope: Replace 3 temporal mixing valves with owner supplied LFIS100vl Removal of shell and tube heat exchangers Cover exposed piping with insulation Electrical work associated with installation Work is subject to Federal prevailing wages.
